The last Dress of Summer

Hi guys, I hope this dress brightens up your day! I was holding of on sharing this look with you guys simply because like most of us I'm not ready to say good buy to summer, I'm going to miss the light nights, drinks in the beer garden and walks along the beach and I'm defiantly not ready to say good buy to my favourite dress and sandals until next summer!

I actually bought this dress at the end of last summer in the Eloquii sale, i had seen a few bloggers wearing the peasant style dress and when i saw this amazing red number it was love at first sight. It's so easy to wear and goes with everything, the light weight linen material makes it cool enough to wear during the hot Summer days and when it gets a little cool on an evening a jumper keeps me warm. It looks really nice as a skirt and I especially love the detail of the blue pattern. It come with a belt so i can add a little definition to my waist. I'm already looking forward to wearing it next Summer.

I owe the very popular Hermes sandals but I've actually neglected them this summer in favour of this black pair from Ancient Greek. A little expensive at £115, but I truly have got my money worth, I've worn them at every possible opportunity and they are defiantly a great alternative to the Oran without the £480 price tag. I may have the Khaki ones in my Matchesfashion wish list!

In other new I recently read a post by the lovey Ben Peachy, on 5 ways to find great plus size clothing, where he talked about plus size ranges in Supermarket's, so i think I'm going to have a Saturday shopping trip taking in the delights of Asda, Tesco and Sainsbury's rather than the Metro Centre or Eldon Square to see what i can find.
