If you follow me on Instagram you will have seen that i was in Edinburgh last weekend with two of my oldest friends to celebrate me turning the grand old age of 28! We had such a relaxing weekend wandering around the city centre, ate lots of Delicious food and consumed a few to many cocktails.
They even surprised me with tickets for a silent adventure disco around the city centre, which was amazing!

On the drive back home on Sunday we stopped at Abbotsford House, seeped in history the house and gardens are so beautiful. As we wandered around the grounds I was really surprised at how quiet and peaceful it was. I know some of the images are a little out of focus, but that's one of the things I love about using a point and shoot camera, you never know how the photographs are going to turn out until you have them developed.

Unsure of our plans for the day, I kept my outfit very casual with an old favourite pair of black trousers from asos. For me they are the perfect length - skimming my ankles at the perfect place (i don't like it when my trousers are too long) and look great with sandals, loafers and of course my favourite Reebok trainers.

To keep this simple and and so I was cool enough I paired them with a white tee that has  a hello kitty motif on the left hand side. As always I accessorised with my Dior sunglasses and carried all of my belonging for the weekend in my Prada handbag.

T-Shirt: Hello Kitty x ASOS | Trousers: ASOS | Trainers: Reebok | Bag: Prada | Sunglasses: Dior
